O so said he, "words can have truth created in sub thought" since thought counts most before you speak so blush the tyrant word wind drumstick upon the heart so much so that a fool not know what a king knows; he is the fool to a conversation between he and himself. O would he wish he had met him in his song. O wish he would have listened when you pulsed your silence dear heart. O wish you'd accost him with your pen sword for then wish an assault on the inarticulate and crush the blushed tyrant happily of complexion for words did furrow the smile at a young age inside the king not knowing his face red in his pounce on the raid of the inarticulate for will rather he learned before what not to do. Detailed description of the Invention by Jeremy Matthews

Pursuant to 35 CFR (a) and (b) of Section 1.71 the making of the shape of Art of a River Board that is reinforced from within by turning the pathways of a molding of an internal frame into a solid frame that you put into a separate molding of the final desired shape where the frame is not is where the inventor suggests putting in foam sealant as a means to make the board lighter and have more floating ability yet still have the impact absorption  by placing rubber cement around just the outside edge pathway making an indestructible River Board that bounces when its edges impact yet does not flex when put vertical in the current and the application of the drawings for making such a final product is as follows: make a template board that is narrow enough to fit inside of the final product then take some scrap material that one can make a wide and skinny set of internal frame pathway widths and make sure they are longer than the final product so one can lay out and trace out the different pathway widths to make the internal frame and yes one can adjust width of the pathways according to the overall size of the shape. Once the frame has been cut out cut another template of the overall shape and put thin melamine board around the edge of the template molding. Do not put the bendable board around the edge any higher than the thickness of the internal frame then fasten the bendable material to the template to have the outside edge of the outside pathway. Now put the piece that looks like the frame without the outside edge pathway into the current molding then put the missing parts that were cut out back around those reinforcement pathways of the internal frame. Those are parts that the inventor has fastened to make the molding internal frame pathway reinforcements to support all of the curves of the shape of the board, specifically all curves depicting the corner edges at the width of the board to the nose for the steering curves at the side view used for steering should be kept thin and wide enough on either side to support the rider shifting their weight toward the nose to level their center of gravity because of the incline of the river. A thin board keep the board from rolling out from under the rider to help stick a turn to get the final product through a safe ride. Now then back to making what allows the rider to do all of that. Just pull out the one piece template of the internal pathways and one can now be reproduced out of any material. Why you can trace and cut as a different way of making the same internal frame reinforcement pathways out of the molding outline just described. For the final stage make a completely hollow molding of the final desired shape and this time make sure the bendable material fastened around the edge is tall enough to apply a lid shaped to fit snug , now making up the edge of the molding of the final product. The lid should be the same as the final shape desired to help sandwich the internal frame between two pieces that will congeal with the foam where the internal frame reinforcement pathways form together with the outside finish of the over all board. The processes of reproduction of the internal frame pathways allowing for foam insertion into the internal core making up of an over all support and function of the steering curves at the widest part of the board closest to the nose where the center of balance must be kept to make a high quality river board as the final product.

A king that is an island unto himself, found his loyal longing friendship reached beyond what he wanted in immediate friends. He'd mixed himself in the sort of the masses. All's he wanted the masses to understand was one's souls need to watch the river flow in unity with one self. The fool laughed at the king and bespoke of why the thought he hearkened became a melodious tune that rhymed beyond time. You reached to inspire and singed from the fire and kept reaching as it burned you to bleeding upon the land the abundance that you've given all away. The king replied ask me how to get back from being the fool to being the king to being the same I were born? Ask me how the sun could never rise, fall and rise again and I'll call you the biggest fool of all. The sand never sank the sun as if a talent were a gift from God, what good is it if you don't give it away? You can't keep what flows through you from above it wouldn't be flow, everything that flows goes back to where it starts. This may well be a humble fool telling of the greathearted inside himself. How many would take the long route over the short route to be mated where only fools will go. I've waited to long for too many each one thought to be the one to love above the rest of humanity but their is no love without humanity so lets put the greathearted in the cage with the lion and throw the key away where no one will find it. Do you think anybody can love a fool to be the key to the greathearted to be accepting of the imperceptible germination of manifestations in processions of radiating beauty resounding love found to be the only continuum beyond time. What if the lion and the heart work together? I think they'll tear the cage apart and have freedom in unison to tell of the greathearted. All I know is the longer goodwill is kept up the more it's reciprocated. I don't want to be in this cage keeping me invisible, lets inspire and burn the past away and yet keep what moved us forward with a stronghold on ourselves to be matched presence of inner content for the sand never sank the sun. All these poems about kings and warriors and loves beseeching mark some countenance, I have been a fool a time or two in turbulent persona falling not from grace, words move the air, take flight on winged thoughts and yet some set apart from wits in the pits wishing it hadn't as such been said on such ignominious tongue spewing idolatry in an idle tone identifying ideals opposed what's to be done for words must align to action, be it ever so likely that something should be that likely if it's not that likely that something should be that likely? I want to run away to the place I love as me but what about the others I see tributaries meeting me, I plead there was a place far the hills where the sun did set smile and begot stuff and things like that and other stuff yes definitely yes stuffed allot of everything in that situated at the valley of happiness yes definitely yes for rub creative energies wrong you way above display sun ray ways flowing down the hills near afar from the sand bar marring the happy vessel now then aspect pessimistic piercing the soul hole splashings of conservative conflict wreckage where when ocean thimble knits sun ray mountains over the hills afar for need I create daily to patch the hole and since my services have eyes into truth underneath so see I your boss designs of soul manipulation whereby subscribing dissolution of dreams. LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS: (a) Rehearsal is to be a minimum of three (3) hours and should include all necessary lighting technicians. All lighting must be set up, and ready prior to rehearsal. In the event additional rehearsal is required, all such rehearsal(s) shall be at the sole cost and expense of the PURCHASER Rehearsal(s) shall commence with band and singers prior to rehearsal. It is understood and agreed that it shall be Purchaser's sole responsibility and expense to insure that all technical requirement herein, including without limitation, those concerning instrumentation and lighting, shall be completed at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled time of Artist's rehearsal. Any overtime charges resulting from the inability of Artist's personnel to commence rehearsal immediately at the scheduled time due to lack of proper set up by Purchaser or for any other reason beyond the Artist's control shall be solely Purchaser's responsibility. Without limitation of the foregoing, Purchaser shall insure that: (1) All lighting and personnel shall be ready for the use of Artist and Artist's personnel, at rehearsal time as well as at such other times as are designated. All stage/ technical personnel shall be on call from 9:00 AM on the first day of engagement until conclusion of performance(s) hereunder and thereafter as required unless ARTIST shall advise PURCHASER to the Contrary, in which event all stage/technical personnel be on call for less than six hours prior to show time on the first day of the engagement. The Venue in which shall be made available to the ARTIST at such time, not to exceed a total of eight (8) hours unless mutually agreed upon by PURCHASER. Such personnel shall render their services as required for set up of stage as well as presentation of show(s) and breaking down of stage at conclusion of the engagement hereunder. A total of seven (7) stage personnel: Three (3) qualified and experienced electricians to operate electrical board for operation of house and stage lighting. House sound system must be a minimum of three-way, active (tri-amp) sound system. Speaker must have coverage over the whole audience and must be capable of 110db at all listening points. This system. No 60 cycle hums or buzzing will be tolerated. House sound console shall be of YAMAHA PM 3000 quality or better and shall have a minimum of thirty two (32) channels and eight (8) subgroups. Eight (8) Auxiliary sends are also required. The entire system must be approved by ARTIST'S MANAGEMENT one month prior to this engagement and subject to final approval on the day of the performance. Any additional equipment of personal needed/requested for performance must be provided. A professional quality telephone intercom system (clear com or equivalent) of communication between monitor an MD (piano player). Each headset should be equipped with a directional microphone and an off and on switch for each microphone. KING JEREMY will require one (1) Vocal Lavalier Cordless Microphone.

Concert Sound for KING JEREMY

The PURCHASER at sole cost and expense, shall provide ARTIST with the following: Sound equipment and qualified sound personnel shall be provided by PURCHASER for this engagement. This must include an on stage monitoring mixing console, with a minimum of thirty (30) input channels, parametric equalization on all channels. (Minimum of four (4) band with mid sweep and 93) effect sends.)There shall be a minimum of eight (8) monitor mixes. Each output shall have no less than 1/3rd octave equalization. These equalizers shall also be matched and on the same brand name. Stage monitors must be rung out prior to rehearsal. NOTE: MIX 1 needs an independent reverb unit for vocals. The monitor mix position shall be provided on the side stage. EFFECTS AND OUTBOARD GEAR The ARTIST requirements for outboard gear are as follows: One (1) LEXICON PCM 42 DIGITAL DELAY OR EQUIVALENT Two (2) YAMAHA SPX900'S OR EQUIVALENT. Concert Projection/Video for KING JEREMY

A huge part of the Artist's show is the use of video for visual display of what river boarding, articulated in the music looks like in action. PURCHASER at sole cost and expense shall provide all projection and video equipment should the engagement(s) not already have the equipment in place, then the following shall be provided: all projection equipment such as a Panasonic DL P ten thousand (10,000) for inside and twenty thousand (20,000) for outside, both a Lumen Christie Projector or equal. One of the lighting Engineers must have experience working with a projector. The screen should be welded from black vinyl and mounted on scaffolding at least (60') square feet and mounted at the back of the stage. The front of the stage shall have a thirty (30') square feet retractable black scrim curtain for half of the stage to be dropped at the appropriate time during the show so that both screens can be clearly seen by any seat in the Venue. The projection will also require: 3 DVD players with separate input to PA system, one (1) video mixer with inputs for DVD & S-video, one (1) video monitor (at least fourteen inches (14")-for cueing next to player. Appropriate signal splitters, and cabling.

Concert Rider Adherence and Dissemination for KING JEREMY

PURCHASER guarantees that this Rider will be distributed exactly as is, in its entirety, with no deletions, additions or substitutions (without prior written approval from ARTIST'S agent or personal manager), to the appropriate technical and administrative personnel for place of engagement as contracted hereunder. ARTIST is not obligated to perform if any of the conditions or requirements outlined hereunder have not been met and adhered to. PURCHASER, however is fully financially responsible for all salaries and expenses as contracted hereunder.

Concert Insurance for KING JEREMY

PURCHASER agrees to provide comprehensive general liability insurance (including, without limitation, coverage to protect against any and all injury to persons or property as a consequence of this installation and/or operation of the equipment and instruments provided by ARTIST and/or its employees, contractors and agents). Such liability insurance shall be in the amount required by the venue, by in no event shall have a limit of less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage. Such insurance shall be in full force and effective at all times ARTIST or any of ARTIST'S agents, managers or independent contractors in the place of the performance. ARTIST and its Agent for the engagement(s), MPI, shall be listed as additional-named insured under such insurance and this shall be indicated on the pertinent certificate of insurance. PURCHASER also agrees to provide a policy of Workman's Compensation covering all of PURCHASER'S employees or third-party contractors. PURCHASER further agrees to provide full all-risks insurance coverage for all equipment and instruments provided by ARTIST and/or its employees, contractor's, agents and managers against fire, vandalizing, theft, riot or any other type of act or event causing harm or damage to, or loss of, the instruments and equipment so provided. Certificates of insurance relating to the coverage listed above shall be furnished by PURCHASER to ARTIST at least fourteen (14) days prior to the Engagement(s). ARTIST'S failure to request or review such insurance certificates shall not effect ARTIST'S rights or PURCHASER'S obligations hereunder. The PURCHASER warrants that he complete an adequate public liability insurance.  The certificate must be produced to the PRODUCER upon request.

Concert Anticipatory Breach for KING JEREMY

If on or before the date of any scheduled performance hereunder, the financial standing or credit of Promoter has been impaired or is unsatisfactory. ARTIST shall have the right to demand payment forthwith of the guaranteed compensation specified above and if Promoter fails or refuses to make such payments forthwith. ARTIST shall then have the right to cancel this agreement. In the event of Such cancellation. ARTIST shall have no further obligation to Promoter hereunder and shall retain any monies therefore paid to ARTIST by Promoter.

Concert Taxes for KING JEREMY

PURCHASER shall pay and hold ARTIST harmless of any and all taxes, fees, dues and the like relating to the engagement(s) hereunder and the sums payable to ARTIST shall be free of such taxes, fees, dues and the like.

Concert Indemnification for KING JEREMY

A) PURCHASER agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ARTIST and his employees, contractors and/or agents and managers from against any claims, costs (including attorney's fees and court cost), expenses, damages, liabilities, losses or judgments arising out of or in connection with, any claim, demand or indirect consequence of the engagement(s).
B) PURCHASER shall also indemnify and hold harmless ARTIST and his employees, contractors and/or agents and managers from and against any and all loss, damage and/or destruction occurring to its and/or its employees, contractors or agents and managers instruments and equipment at the place of the engagement(s) including but not limited to damage loss or destruction caused by Act of God.

Concert Reproduction of Performance for KING JEREMY

No portion of the performance rendered hereunder may be rebroadcast, photographed, recorded, filmed, taped or embodied in any form for any such purpose or reproducing such performance without ARTIST'S prior written consent. PURCHASER will deny entrance to any persons carrying audio or video devices without limiting in any way the generality of the foregoing prohibition, it is understood to include members of the audience, press and PURCHASER'S Staff. In the event that the PURCHASER, his agents, servants, employees, contractors, etc., reproduce or cause to be reproduced the ARTIST'S performance in the form of films, tapes or any other means of audio or video reproductions, upon demand by ARTIST, PURCHASER shall deliver all of the same (together with any and all masters, negatives and other means of reproductions thereof) to ARTIST at PURCHASER'S sole cost and expense, in addition to all other legal or equitable remedies which ARTIST may have.

Concert Inclement Weather for KING JEREMY

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, inclement weather shall not be deemed to be a force majeure and the PURCHASER shall remain liable for payment of the full contract price even if the performance(s) called for herein are prevented by such weather conditions. ARTIST shall have the sole right to determine in good faith whether any such weather conditions. ARTIST shall have the sole right to determine in good faith whether any such weather conditions shall render the performance(s) impossible, hazardous or unsafe.

Concert Arbitration for KING JEREMY

Any controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to this agreement or the breach thereof may be settled at the election of PRODUCER by Arbitration in Eugene, Oregon, in accordance with rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Concert Postponement/Cancellation for King Jeremy

PURCHASER agrees that ARTIST may postpone or cancel the engagement hereunder by giving the PURCHASER written notice thereof at least thirty (30) days prior to the commencement date of the engagement(s) hereunder.

Concert Force Majeure for KING JEREMY

ARTIST'S obligations to furnish the entertainment unit referred to herein is subject to the detention or prevention by sickness, inability to perform, accident, means of transportation, Act of God, riots, strikes, labor difficulties, epidemics and any act or order of any public authority or any cause, similar or dissimilar, beyond ARTIST'S control. Provided ARTIST is ready, willing and able to perform, PURCHASER agrees to compensate ARTIST in accordance with the terms hereof regardless of Act of God, fire, accident, riot, strike or any events of any kind or character whatsoever, whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing events which would prevent or interfere with the presentation of the show hereunder.

Concert Union Obligations for King Jeremy

In the Event there are any local union charges in connection with any of the personnel or services furnished by PURCHASER, PURCHASER agrees to assume all costs in connection therewith. In any union restrictions prevents the sound man and assistant from loading equipment called under this agreement, PURCHASER agrees it will abide by any union regulations which govern this matter and assume all costs in connection therewith.

Concert Concessions for King Jeremy

Upon return of the signed agreement to PRODUCER, PURCHASER agrees that he must also provide a Letter of Agreement between himself and the building management and/or concessionaire of the place of engagement stating that no one shall be permitted to sell any souvenir merchandise and/or record albums in connection with the engagement hereunder other than the official ARTIST'S Souvenir Program Book merchandise and/or posters by the Publishing Company and ARTIST'S record albums and such other items as may be authorized by PRODUCER. A representative of the Publishing Company will make the necessary arrangements for the sale of all such souvenir merchandise and ARTIST'S record albums and no other person is authorized to do so. PURCHASER under no circumstances has the right to sell any facsimile of the ARTIST, including but not limited to program books, playbills, photographs, without written permission for the program books and posters to pay to the person with whom such arrangements are made and amount equal to ten percent (10%) of such receipts if such if such person furnishes such personnel to sell such souvenir merchandise.

Concert Ticket Sales, Box Office, etc. for KING JEREMY

PURCHASER agrees to deliver to ARTIST'S Management Office, within two (2) weeks after receiving the contract, a printer's manifest of the house (notarized signed statement from the printer of tickets) listing amount of tickets printed at each price. PURCHASER FURTHER agrees to have an on hand all unsold tickets at the place of performance the night of the engagement for counting and verification by ARTIST or ARTIST'S  representative shall be deemed to have been sold by PURCHASER. The applicable section ticket price for which the price is? For each such ticket not shown as unsold hereunder shall be used to compute the receipts upon which the compensation payable to ARTIST hereunder shall be based. PURCHASER further agrees to give ARTIST or ARTIST'S representative the right to enter the box office at any time before, during and after the performance(s) hereunder and to examine and make extracts from the box office records of the PURCHASER relating to the gross receipts of the engagement hereunder. A written box office statement certified statement signed by the PURCHASER that will be furnished to the ARTIST prior to intermission, if any, or during the performance(s) hereunder as part of a series of other concerts. PURCHASER shall not discount tickets at a premium without first obtaining permission in writing from PRODUCER. Each discount ticket or premium ticket sold or distributed by PURCHASER without PRODUCER'S prior written approval or in excess of the number permitted by PRODUCER shall be deemed sold and the section ticket price for which the house is scaled for such ticket(s) shall be used to compute the receipts upon which the compensation payable to ARTIST hereunder shall be used. The complimentary tickets issued by PURCHASER shall not exceed one percent (1%) of the entire seating capacity of the place of the engagement(s). Complimentary tickets utilized by PURCHASER shall be limited to the legitimate representatives of radio and television stations and newspapers in the city of performance. A list of said persons to whom complimentary tickets are being issued shall be delivered to PRODUCER on the night of the engagement. If any such complimentary ticket is used by any person other than one authorized by this paragraph then it shall be deemed sold and the applicable section ticket price for such ticket(s) shall be used to compute the receipts upon which compensation to ARTIST hereunder shall be used.

Concert Interviews for KING JEREMY

No interviews of ARTIST or any other person furnished by ARTIST will be scheduled in any media, including but not limited to radio, television, newspapers, or magazines, without prior written approval of ARTIST or ARTIST'S representative.

Concert Collateral Use for KING JEREMY

The name of the Artist may not be used or associated, directly or indirectly, with any product or service without the express written consent of the PRODUCER.

Concert Publicity for KING JEREMY

Only Photographs sent to PURCHASER by ARTIST'S management office or its publicity agents shall be used in publicizing this engagement. No one other than the aforementioned have the authority to submit publicity material, material obtained by any other method shall be considered fraudulent and the use thereof will be subject to appropriate legal action.

Concert Security for KING JEREMY

PURCHASER agrees to supply, at PURCHASER'S sole cost and expense, security protection during the engagement hereunder throughout the entire show and until ARTIST has left the premises. If in the opinion of ARTIST or ARTIST'S representative, additional security is required, PURCHASER agrees to provide such additional security immediately, at PURCHASER'S sole cost and expense. All security arrangements, including but not limited to police, ushers, barricades, fences, traffic control, etc., shall be approved by ARTIST or ARTIST'S representative.

Concert Dressing Rooms for King Jeremy

PURCHASER agrees to furnish three (3) clean and adequate dressing rooms and toilet facilities for all of ARTIST'S personnel as follows: (A) PURCHASER shall provide two (2) properly maintained clean, adequately ventilated, well lighted star dressing rooms for the exclusive use of the ARTIST and one (1) dressing room for for the use of those members of Artist's back-up band supplied by Artist. Said dress rooms must: (1) have mirrors, hot and cold running water, towels, soap, several electric outlets, adequate air conditioning and heating equipment and clean private lavatory facilities must be accessible without having to enter arenas open to the general public: (11) be accessible without the necessity of passing through the audience area; and (111) be capable of being locked securely with keys to be given to the Artist or Artist's representative. Artist's dressing room must be supplied with: (1) iron, ironing board and steamer. (B) The Star's dressing rooms shall contain the following nightly: twelve (12) glass water tumblers, twelve (12) both towels and hand soap, two cases of bottled water per show, one (1) box of Kleenex tissues, fresh fruit & fruit juices, unsalted assorted nuts, ice water, raw vegetables with cottage cheese, one (1) case of iced tea, one (1) pot of water regular herbal tea with honey, table, chairs and mirrors w/lights for racks for hanging cloths, food, Purchaser agrees to provide a reasonably balanced dinner or hot buffet for Artist and Artist Entourage, meals shall be served or made available immediately following the rehearsal sound check. Please check with the tour manager for specifics. (C) In the event that the place of Artist's performance hereunder is within or operated by a hotel and there is not an adequate star's dressing room then Purchaser, at its sole cost and expense shall provide Artist with one (1) two-bedroom suite. Such suite shall be equipped with: (1) three bathrooms, one of which shall be located off the sitting room; (11) all amenities which were to be provided in sub-paragraph (D). Whenever on-site dressing rooms are to be provided, Purchaser must provide two (2) separate units, (i.e. dressing room, trailers, mobile homes, etc.) for ARTIST and an appropriately sized additional sized unit or units for ARTIST'S entourage, all with air conditioning and bathroom facilities. All amenities where to be provided in sub-paragraph 119b) would then be provided in (11) (D). (E) Adequate police or private protection to safeguard clothes, costumes, equipment, valuables and other property left in such dressing rooms, before, during and after engagement. Holding room (F) on either side of stage, waiting room with mirror, water and towels. (G) wardrobe/mistress: PURCHASER shall provide one wardrobe mistress for Artist who shall be knowledgeable and experienced in the care of costumes and the dressing of entertainers. They should be available to ARTIST no later than ARTIST'S first rehearsal prior to the initial performance hereunder and such dresser shall be available to ARTIST'S thereafter, at least one hour prior to each of ARTIST'S performances, during each such performance. Wardrobe mistress should have iron, ironing board and steamer available to freshen and press costumes if needed.

Performance for KIng Jeremy

It is understood and agreed that ARTIST shall be the closing performer at each show during the engagement hereunder. Prior to and in no event later than the commencement of ARTIST'S performance, PURCHASER shall cease the service of any drinks or meals, and shall not recommence the service nor commence the issuance of meal or drink checks to PURCHASER'S patrons until ARTIST has completed performance.

Concert Compliance for KING JEREMY

If PURCHASER fails or refuses to comply with any of the provisions contained in this agreement, including but not limited to: (a) failing or refusing to provide any of the items set forth herein or take any action required of PURCHASER hereunder; (b) failing or refusing to proceed with the presentation of the engagement(s) which is (are) the subject of this agreement; (c) failing or refusing to make any payments set forth herein and when required hereunder; (d) failing or refusing to furnish the type, size and quality of public address system requested by ARTIST or ARTIST'S representatives, or (e) if, at any time prior to or during ARTIST'S actual performance, said public address system shall be otherwise than in perfect working condition; or (f) if any performance is rendered impossible or infeasible by any cause within PURCHASER'S control or which PURCHASER, by the exercise of reasonable diligence, could be avoided, then in any such events; (1) ARTIST or ARTIST'S representative, in ARTIST'S sole discretion, may thereupon terminate the agreement without liability of any kind to ARTIST; (11) ARTIST shall have no further obligation to perform pursuant to this agreement; (111) ARTIST shall retain all amounts therefore paid to ARTIST by PURCHASER; (1V) PURCHASER shall remain liable to ARTIST for any additional compensation herein provided; and (V) ARTIST shall also be entitled to exercise all remedies then available to ARTIST at law, in equity or otherwise. Time is of the essence on this Paragraph.
